company what steps to do we take to ensure success?
To ensure success, we employ a simple three-step iterative methodology we have over time
developed. Our methodology has proven invaluable to all the projects
we have undertaken is outlined below.
step 1: define
The first step is to define the requirements of your Internet operations.
This is accomplished through in-depth analysis of your business. We
believe that understanding what your business is about, how it operates and who your clients
are, is the only way we can develop a solution that will provide a healthy return on
investment.
step 2: focus
The second step is to focus on grouping and prioritising the defined
requirements.
The focus is to develop a complete business strategy with short,
middle and long-term goals. The strategy includes defining regular checkpoints,
milestones and deadlines as well as any technical and functional specifications.
This process helps cater the strategy to what your business needs and identifies any risks
early. If any risks are highlighted, back up plans are developed to ensure the schedule
is followed.
step 3: enable
The third step is to enable the business strategy for your business.
This involves performing each task outlined in a systematic way catered
for your business. Each individual task involves the development, staging, testing and
deployment of the defined requirement.
Our methodology is an iterative process. Once this strategy is
successfully enabled, we go back to step one and evaluate your business requirements
again. If you determine that your business needs to further improve its Internet
operations, then we repeat the methodology process again.
