useability analysis why do I need it?
Three very good reasons.
Usability analysis can decrease time to market.
Usability analysis is about satisfying your target audience.
Usability analysis allows you to compete based on the user experience not just
your end product or service.
Useability analysis is similar to quality control. Both are methods which improve a product.
The difference is, useability analysis is about human requirements and
should occur at the start of a project. Quality control is a method for testing at the
end of the development process. It is more cost effective to highlight and resolve issues sooner
rather than later.
If you avoid useability testing you may find yourself in the position where you clients know
everything that is wrong with your website.
is it expensive?
